Has anyone tried to remove AG from 2209WA? I would do it, but I'm concerned about the brightness - at 0% it is already almost too bright to use at night, and if I would tear AG down it would be even brighter....

After spending 2 years with the overhyped 2209WA, i'm going to get something more pleasant for my eyes. Is there a 22" one the market, which would have: 1.) Normal/mild AG coating. Possibly glossy, but i've heard that going glossy produces even more eye strain because of the reflections.. 2.)...

I also had the same problem. It was happening as many as three times per week... really loud and ear bleeding. I sold it, because i was intending to use it for connecting PC to PA system and if this would be happen... i don't want to imagine all of the destroyed amps and speakers..

A little bump, is situation still the same or there is a new monitor with normal/no coating? If no, i guess I'll have to buy TN and forget about good colors and viewing angles...

That's the stupid AG coating, yes. Could you please tell me, which IPS monitors have no AG effect? Skip the ones from <2005, thanks.

You will not get "deep, tight and punchy" bass from any 5" speakers. I've listened to RP5's and A5's (i owned A5 for a year) and i would suggest you to go for RP5. A5 were IMO shitty, as there were no bass, sounded like a freakin cellphone.

Inverter still has 680V output voltage, which isn't really "low power". I would use cathodes, but with quality inverter - e.g. not Sunbeam, mainly because they're crappy and I can't feel safe with their inverters in my pc- I had six wobbly inverters from sunbeam and most of them have failed...

Hey guys, is there any monitor on the market which is IPS/PVA/MVA and it can go below 120cd/m2 without causing eye strain because of the PWM? I don't know any monitor that can go under 120cd/m2, or a monitor which isn't controlled by PWM... Also, LED=bad? As i've heard, LED cause even worse...

Meh, I knew that cooling will be relatively poor... but, after looking 350+ cases, 600T still wins (apart from FT02 which is too expensive)... soo i'l get the 600T. Will post pics when it arrives.. (Oh and, will there be any new cases this year? 600D? 900D? Any pictures yet?)

I am searching for case with same needs, and i'll go for 600T. Maybe you should also check Fractal define XL, but i found it too boring and standard-looking...

Hello, im' looking for a new case since my raidmax ninja is complete crap (plastic piece of sh*t, currently glued so it stands together)... Currently, my favorite is Corsair 600T, but since it has only one (200mm :S) intake... I would need at least 4 fans- 2x 120mm intake, rear and top...

Hello, are there ANY non-TN monitors on the market, which would NOT have this stupid coating? Just a glossy or a normal-coating one, not the 23x ridicuosly over-aggresive coating like the dell/hp IPS. Thanks.
