    I've got little dough, and a wimpy Radeon 9200, so I want to move up to a 9600XT.. Yeah, I know, I should be posting on [S]oft Forums, but they don't exist, so here I am... I looked at a few online reviews, but can't find anything comparing brands to each other. I'm hoping someone out there...

    I see video cards all over the internet and especially eBay like these two: Radeon 9600XT eBay Card Way cheaper than standard name brands like Powercolor, Sapphire, etc. Should I stay away from these cards? The specs look the same, so why are cards like these so much cheaper...
