Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Besides hardwareslave's review, I found this:
Lian Li PC-Q21A Case Review - Play3r.net
The reviewer does not use a slim fan at the bottom, but I'd guess the side vets are enought to keep the GPU cooled.
As someone has stated, you might even go smaller without a dGPU.
Have you looked at Lian-li's case? They got some really tiny aluminium cases, no windows though.
There is also the problem with CPU socket allocation. Some mobos has it do close to the PCIe slot or something that the assumption of ultra-low-profile RAM might no be enough. Though there might be a way to manufacture it so a simple rotation solves the issue... I don't know...
Instead of...
Really like how small it is!
Also very nice for being able to 3d print and test the thermals!
If the case ever gets built on metallic material the temps should also get reduced by some small amount, right? (1 degree lower perhaps? :v)
Hello, the first time I heard about Sharkoon was when they introduced somes SFX PSU on some convention a year or so ago.
Fortunately these PSUs are available in my country and are very cheap. As to recently, reading about the hype of the Corsair SF series, I read some people do have these PSUs...
Isn't it the sasus strix gtx 750? I just looked it on Asus webpage and it's 196mm long (not sure how they measure it though).
So if the card is not taller than standard, does a side 6-pin pcie fit easly?
Also, does the botton 120mm silm fan fit work in there? I does seem to get way too close...
