    I wouldnt depend on it too much if your gonna be gaming with it. Your gonna burn it up in no time. Id seriously consider getting at least a 500-600w to be safe... Newegg.com has good deals on them all the time. Its usually a good bet only to use up to between 70-80% of your power supply's max...
