    How do I test the mobo and PSU if I do not have a spare? I have a microcenter nearby and can certainly buy new parts to try out, but I'd like to avoid that if possible.

    I'm having issues with my computer booting up. The motherboard logo comes up and then a white bar at the top of screen appears. Nothing else happens. I cannot access Safe Mode. I am able to go into the BIOS screen and tried to boot through CD/DVD with the OS cd, but that did not do anything...
