    I guess you could get away with creating a template of 3 rows of holes on a scrap piece and then place it over top of what you are working on to guide the drill. As long as you clamp everything down you should be good. I wish you the best of luck with it =)

    Oh sorry, I see whats going on now. That is a little odd... I see similar bands of light but they appear based on the viewing angle and distance and are pretty much not there when ur looking head on like yours. That looks pretty bad actually... I know how you feel about returning it though...
