I know wrong page but this would be a huge upgrade for me going from the current cpu and memory to the new? I usually on After Effects/ Photoshop and I wanted to play Dragon Age 3 when it comes out. Lets say I take an hour to render will it cut the hour in half?
I just upgraded to a Seasonic X660 and a Geforce GTX 760. NOW I'm like wanting to upgrade to a i7490K and DDR3 2400. My current is a Phenom II x4 ddr2 for get the speed. Would my x660 be able to run the upgrade to i7?
Hey all I'm back after a few years rebuilding my computer I have a stock PC-A05, The single braded cables look very nice but I don't have windows or lights any benefits? Trying to talk my self out of spending $200 on a set lol. I have my wires tucked pretty good atm.
I have the same setup with the BS-06 installed blowing into the case. It helped some, what helped big time is when I placed the radgrill 2x 120mm fans on the top of my case. My temps droped from 40's to 20-30's.
@one swell foop are you talking about the holes on the tray to access the screws for the cpu mounts? I seen a few people that cut out the area and it give you room if you needed to remount your cpu. Look for it, i don't remember what page. I beleive it is the a05nb not bn?
