I have had problems with those grills as well. If you shop at performance pcs then you might find yourself some better grills, especially name brands that actually fit and look really nice. -

What is your current CPU Cooling Device?
Use to use CNPS 9700 LED and kept my Q6600 (3GHz) @ 33 idle, 50 load. I had a horrible VID of 1.325 though- kevinjp
