    Rear Fan/ Front and CPU fan not working

    I have a Corsair 200r Case, MSI A970-G46 Mobo, CM EVO 212 cpu cooler and case fans plugged in the motherboard and it is not working. Motherboard seems to be working it is in Phase 4 LED. Any help would be appreciated as this is my first build.
