Just upgrading some components in my current computer. This is 2 sets of 2x1gb mushkin ddr2 1066 5-5-4-12. They have been recently memtested and they all passed with no errors. $140+shipping for both.

So every time i shut off my computer, psu being a 750w pcp&c, i get this high pitched noise. it reminds me exactly of when you blow a fuse in your house. However, I still can get into the mobo bios and windows fine. I just installed everything today and the first time i shut down the computer it...

well thanks for that info guys, looks like ill have to try myself and see. I thought it was funny how the coolermaster cosmos case (on the [H] main page) now comes with that 8 pin extension cable for the exact issue that i was addressing here.(and i think other companies should follow this)
I am in the market for a new case with my new quad core build (like thousands of others here sorry for the redundancy) and i have everything now except for the case. The problem is i am looking at cases where the power supply is located at the bottom (p180/900/etc...) and with my P5K deluxe the...
mine too says "order completed" but it does not give a tracking number. i looked up their FAQs and it says that when it ships you will get a notice and an email containing the tracking number so i assume they havent shipped yet:( (i ordered 2 day too)
For rally games i would recommend richard burns rally although it takes quite a while to get good at, so for a more arcade style of play i would say rallisport challenge. Both are great games though!
Just today i started messing around with my opteron again after a few months of leaving it be, and i ended up nudging a little more speed out of it. I agree that it was/is a great platform. :cool:
