So every time i shut off my computer, psu being a 750w pcp&c, i get this high pitched noise. it reminds me exactly of when you blow a fuse in your house. well thanks for that info guys, looks like ill have to try myself and see. I thought it was funny how the coolermaster cosmos case (on the [H] main page) now comes with that 8 pin extension cable for the exact issue that i was addressing here.(and i think other companies should follow this)

mine too says "order completed" but it does not give a tracking number. i looked up their FAQs and it says that when it ships you will get a notice and an email containing the tracking number so i assume they havent shipped yet:( (i ordered 2 day too)

battlefield pirates. desert combat was definitely the best mod, but pirates was always a hilarious adventure.

For rally games i would recommend richard burns rally although it takes quite a while to get good at, so for a more arcade style of play i would say rallisport challenge. Both are great games though!

go check out Navy Field. You can play free until you hit level 30. you command and customize a navy ship and have battles with other players online. i just started up and its pretty easy to catch on. if you get to level 30 and you dont like it, you can just uninstall it, no payment needed :cool:

i just recently got the freezer 64 pro and its keeping my opty 170 pretty cool at 2.6(40 idle ~48-50 load) and with that pop in installation i think its a good heatsink.

ok so my 170 does 2.6 on stock volts and dual primed for 8 hours with temps in the mid to high 40's. suprisingly anything above that requires almost a voltage of 1.5+ so i think ill stick here for a while. i'm not dissapointed :cool:

got mine today :cool: the stepping is CCBWE 0551UPMW. i got a AC freezer 64 pro with it,and when i flipped the retention part the fan got stuck in the retention clip so i have it on there kinda ghetto right now. ill fix it tommorow, the temps arent bad at all anyways. ill start O/Cing too. :D
