    Hi geiger, The esx native where I've the problem are a HP ML 370 with 2 Proc. Quad Core 2,8. The VM is a Windows Server 2003 x64 eng. 4 Proc. and 8Gb RAM. But the problem is some in all VM with Windows Server 2003 32bit, or Windows Server 2008 32 or x64.
