Nevermind, just figured it out after hours of searching..was able to flash the bios update via usb stick and reboot the pc it did its thing and i'm booted back up like normal..going to rma the gpu though probably go with a gtx 680.

I pulled the battery left it out for a few minutes, then reset the CMOS. You are saying RMA just the gpu or the mobo too?

installed all windows updates unistslled and drivers, used a driver sweeper in safe mode to make sure they were gone, reinstalled drivers ,made sure mobo drivers were up to date still no gpu detected??? Posted from Hardforum.com App for Android

I think I will put it back in the first pci e slot and uninstall all the drivers then go to amds website and install the latest drivers and also the latest drivers for my asrock mb and se what happens. Posted from Hardforum.com App for Android

there is nothing in my mb book about PEG I have used the CD that came with my gpu and followed the instructions there. my pc won't show the ati catalyst manager so I don't know if it is installing the drivers correctly. Posted from Hardforum.com App for Android

Yeah I changed the pci-e slot, and made sure it was set to boot with the gpu, still nothing?
