i have a lot of videos on vhs, and i want to transfer them to dvd, so i need to put them on the computer, without getting an aiw card, what would be the best option, and maybe inexpensive?
i have narrowed my choices down to the following:
9800 pro
6600gt
6800
i need an agp, i was wondering if the base 6800 is really that much better than a 6600gt??? the 9800pro is just a suggestion, cause i really dont know what im taling about. i think for >$200 the 6600gt would do me fine
im looking for something to put in my drive bays, like the hardcano 12 or something, does anyone have any good ideas other than the hardcano 12 or the cooldrive series? im not even aware of anything else
my system:
asus a8v
3000+
sapphire 9600 256mb
2x160gb maxtor in raid 2+0
1gb corsair xms
aerocool copper tower thing (looks really nice, but probably not that great performance wise)
i would like to overclock but stock my cpu is at like 41 degrees, do you guys think i should do...
i bought the sapphire 256mb 9600, for around $90, its a decent card, beats the hell out of my old one, but i still wish i went a little higher, plays half life fine though
screw that, that is why i am very cautious about buying from people, you never know what you are going to get, i mean i would never return that to you, but if i sold something and then they did that i would feel bad, but i mean fuck it, its his fault
