    multiple hdds slow system?

    I am in the middle of building my new system and just bought a 74gb WD Raptor 10krpm hdd. I was planning on putting in my old harddrives (40gb 7200rpm Seagate Barracuda and 20gb 7200rpm Maxtor DiamondMax) into the new system as well. Will putting in the old drives slow down overall system...
