my default restore size was like 35 gigs...which was all taken up...i shrunk that down to 10 gigs and saved 20 gigs of space...not that i need it...i have over a TB...
but, I was wondering why in the hell my C drive was over 60 gigs...LOL

wait a sec...your ram is DDR500? hmm that maybe too high...It says on the DFI website that ultra d is compatable with ddr266, ddr333, and ddr400 but it didnt say anything about ddr500...that may very well be the root of your problems..make sure you under clock it i guess...

I have a 144 just like you but I have it on a DFI expert w/ 2x1gig Corsair XMS...heres what I got...
144 @ 2.82 ghz 1.52vcore prime stable for more than 24hours.

Yes there is a definate Plus to having a dual core rig...I have both an Opty 144 and 170. My opty 170 is a champ, I can prime both cores and still be able to play CS:S, make DVD's/CD's. If your Computer lifestyle calls for that then I say go dual core. But right now My primary gaming rig is my...
