Its a legal copy All other games run fine and i know the card is installed correctly. I have the latest patch. Im not sure what the 1.11 patch was but I just downloaded a patch yesterday.

Im having the exact same problem you have. Had it with my 6800GT and now with my BFG 7800 GTX OC. I have that problem with or without a page file and the drives are 10,000rpm raptors. What sound card you running?
