Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Unlikely considering the DP on this is only 1.2 and you need the new 1.2a.
Agreed. Monoprice also has fantastic customer support, so you can rest easy knowing you'll be taken care of if you have any issues with the monitor.
Use this lightweight software to change the brightness of the monitor. It's similar to the dim feature on a laptop. It'll safe you from spamming the brightness button on the monitor every night.

It looks like a rebranded Achieva Shimian QH300-IPSMS.
There's no reviews of the Shimian 30", but there is one for the Crossover Black tune 30X which very likely uses the same panel.
It's in Korean so use google translate...
Not to mention you won't be getting consistent 120fps on a 4k monitor without SLI Titans or better. Most modern games to come out will have to be played on Low/Med settings with all the special options turned Off.
I was about to suggest you get one of the Monoprice IPS monitors for $390. They're US based and their warranty support is amazing.

Mine came with 0 defective pixels. Only slightly severe backlight bleed on some corners. I also seem to be the only person with a Qnix that can't overclock. Best I can do is 65hz without getting visible scan lines. Still totally worth it for the $317 I paid.
If any of you plan to get the Square...
I'm predicting the 30" DVI input is a rebranded Crossover 30Q5 Pro. It looks a lot like the 3020MDP aesthetically other than the design of the vent grooves on the back.
