It looks like a rebranded Achieva Shimian QH300-IPSMS. There's no reviews of the Shimian 30", but there is one for the Crossover Black tune 30X which very likely uses the same panel. It's in Korean so use google translate...

Not to mention you won't be getting consistent 120fps on a 4k monitor without SLI Titans or better. Most modern games to come out will have to be played on Low/Med settings with all the special options turned Off.

It actually is the norm for these Korean PLS monitors. Mine has the same amount of wiggle room. You'll find a lot of users on OCN have the same issue.

Highly doubt this monitor is using the new U3014 panels. The monitors casing design and multi-inputs makes me believe Monoprice is using a rebranded Crossover 3020MDP which is based off the U3011 panel...

I think the multi-input is a rebranded CROSSOVER 3020MDP based on the similarities of the monitors casing and inputs. The pics on the single dvi-d monitor looks photoshopped to me so I don't know which korean monitor they're using for that.
