Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
So a company I do tech work for has asked me to setup a shared address book, they are on a domain but no exchange server. They all use imap email provided using their own domain name by their isp and have a staff of about 10 all using outlook 2010.

just wondering why you use static ip's vs ip reservations with dhcp on your workstations?
could save u a lot of time manually setting things like dns then you can use ur dhcp server to set both your dns servers on all the machines on your network

if u go with the e2000 i support this idea i have 4 wrt54g's still in service as ap's with dd-wrt on them and 2 wireless n's when i need more speed although my laptops spend most of their time with a cat6 cord anyway
or if u do the e2000 only be sure to set it up as a switch and access point only disable routing and firewall. although as you wont be using most features of the e2000 I still think it would be better to ether spend the money on a better switch (~$100) or save money on a small 8port giga switch...
if anyone says cat5e wont give gigabit speed they are buying bad cables or they are making their own cables and doing it wrong. cat5e works great for gigabit and thats probably what you have now so no need to buy new cables.
that being said if you are making your own and buying 1000' of cable...
