Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Thanks for that, The last thing I need is a repeat of my last build where it took 3 months before I finally got my system stable.
Maingear seems to have the sort of thing I am looking for, What I am looking at is:
Chassis: Vybe Compact Mid-Tower Cas
Motherboard: ASUS MAXIMUS VIII Hero...
Out of curiosity why? I haven't heard or really seen anything bad about them, and some of my friends have been very happy with them. Their value seems to be not much more expensive than the parts themselves.
My work is a hectic right now and I don't have the time to do my own tech support when...
1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming as I said, mainly FO4 at this point
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
Budget is the main reason I am asking, because I could spend 2 2.5k, but I don't really want to or know if I need to...
I am a gamer finally realizing that my 2010 built computer has reached the end of it's gaming life( phenom x4 955 and an xfx 5850) that I plan to re-purpose into a home theater pc.

If I was to forgo the tablet I think my decision would be a whole lot easier, even if I had had a whole lot more options.
For the most important option is the ability to type on it which is why I prefer the larger form factor, most of these 11 and 13 inch tablets I played with I had a lot of...

I've tried to take into account everything that i've heard from boards and friends... I've decided to stick with ddr2 800, i just cant justfy the cost to switch to ddr3 for fairly minor gains.
Ive gone over my desired budget by a bit but here it is, comments on this would be much apperciated...
I've heard some bad things about the Asus M4A78 Plus like no heatsinks on the MOSFETs(that regulate the power to the CPU), 4-pin 12v CPU-PSU connector(vs 8-pin), smallish mobo chip-set heatsinks, and superfluous second x16 PCI-E slot at only x4 lanes.
Do you think these are truely minor?
I'd really love to save a bit more money... how does this sound:
