Yes! I got it! My monitor allows me to choose if I want 4:3 or full.

Okay so I installed some older drivers that allow me to use fixed aspect ratio, now the problem is it won't work when I try to play an older game that has a 4:3 ratio. Any ideas?

Won't it stretch it evenly until it hits the top and bottom? I was told that's what it does and you'll just have black bars on the side.

I am using a nVidia Geforce 9800 GTX+ and I just bought http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236117. I'm trying to turn on fixed aspect ratio so I can play a fullscreen game but in a regular resolution (800x600) without stretching the picture. Anyone have any idea how? Also...

Swapped the ram for him, its working so far (2 days) and no complaints from him yet... I hope this was the issue.

Well, I just got a phone call from my uncle and he said system32 crashed again. I ram memtest already and it passed. I submitted an RMA with G.Skill, I will send out the ram... Why the hell am I getting so many problems with this computer?

Its working right now on 1 stick of ram. So its the ram right? I don't have to swap out the mobo again?

Took the computer back to my uncle and then it started having BSOD errors. I got all of them on camera so let me know what the problem is. I took one stick of ram out and it hasn't BSOD'd since. I already submitted a RMA with g.skill for the ram. I'm assuming this is the problem too?
