Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Intel is trying to avoid 10nm fiasco with going baby steps (Intel 7 > 4 > 3> 20A > 18A) instead of jumping to a new node in a single shot. 5 Nodes in 4 years is more like 2.5 nodes in 4 years in Intel's old nm terms.
I do wish Intel to do well this time. I do not want to see TSMC being only game in town when it comes to leading edge nodes and Samsung has not been providing good competition for years.
Ever since 2nd generation Kepler, Nvidia was always the ones launching ahead of AMD. Nvidia is not really rushing to launch.
Since when the specs released by leakers became official specs? 🤣
Oh man, didn't know Nvidia and AMD released new GPUs already. Please show us the benchmarks where RDNA3 GPU is winning in performance per watt over Nvidia 4000 series gpus. 🙃
It is not about today's GPUs having "performance issues", it is about improving the performance by eliminating the bottlenecks as much as possible between CPU and GPU. Reducing the time the data has to travel between the CPU and the GPU by being able to access the same memory pool will improve...
I have to disagree with you on unified memory architecture being just a cost cutting measure. There is going to be some huge advantages having both the CPU and GPU being able to access the same pool of memory without CPU and GPU communicating through PCI-e from system Memory to GPU memory...
I have a feeling that even 2 years later, Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Baldur's Gate 3 will be the only titles included on Apple Silicon Macs vs PCs gaming comparison benchmarks lol.
Oh no, I am not disagreeing that Apple makes more revenues from gaming software/subscription than console manufacturers combined, just saying that "Apple Arcade" making more than them isn't a correct statement.
