well the solution was i said fuck it and changed a bunch of stuff in the ram timings i knew absolutely nothing about, and it worked!
The one i changed was HCLK changed that from auto.

Ok i tried super lax settings and super tight settings, no post on either.
When i press f1 to continue after a cmos reset my computer freezes when trying to load the os.
yes my fsb is set to 133 wich is correct for a 1600+ palomino.
yes i have the manual, that is how i found the cmos jumper.
my mobo also has an onboard speaker, so having a external speaker would be redundant, no?
once i clear the cmos i get post but i cant load optomized defaults or fail...

I have tried to manually config the timings and have tried both dimm slots. I have also tried fail safe and optomized defaults in the bios.
