Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
My Droid Turbo 1 has been amazing from a durability stand point...Very very durable phone, especially with the nylon back - no worries about scratching it.
However, when I spiked it on the edge of a set of Concrete stairs on accident the other day....gone.
I do the play music thing (7.99$)- and I haven't seen a YouTube ad in a long time. Its always been part of the deal.
I also browse the web with an ad blocker. That said, its absolutely amazing to me when I browse the web and YouTube on Edge without my google sign on. The YouTube ads are...
This was basically my biggest complaint - I've done 3 Fresh installs for Win10 now, and every time it involved installing a Win7 instance, and then upgrading. PITA.
I dont know they didnt do this in the first place. I Undersd that most people are simply upgrading(like my parents) but many...
The weight wouldnt bother me- I think what would suck is the high CG. that thing has to swing back and forth like a mofo..
Much of the trick in packing is getting the heavy stuff as far down in the pack as possible (close to the hips) to keep your CG relatively normal....
no way to do that...
My parents are STILL rocking that exact laptop. It actually runs (windows 7 starter) pretty decently for basic web browsing etc as long as you don't load it up with tabs.
I've seriously thought about throwing a $50 SSD and a 1GB of RAM upgrade in it, probably be just fine!
Finally someone said something. The real question is, how does using 10GB of Data on an unlimited plan differ from using 10GB on a 10GB plan from a network management point of view? It doesn't. Verizon is setting up arbitrary rules to kill the unlimited plans.
thanks Tom!
To be fair, most of the costs associated with a workstation are in the support and maintenance and not so much the initial purchase cost. I can see $5k easily.
That said, there is some support and maintenance of chromebooks too....
