    1st look on asus P5K-VM: G33 matx board

    The plan is to get this mobo and a c2d w/1066fsb (depends on prices when the 22nd comes around)...combined with DDR2 1066 (PC2-8500)... From what I read everything should be straight and work out of the box, unless I am missing something...heh
