I had a duplicate replacement monitor sent to me and I just tested it out and it is still blurring at 85hz. I have no idea wtf is going on and nobody seems to know either. Could something other than the monitor be causing this? CPU, Video card, Ram etc? How can I found out? -

Ok here is my problem... Whenever I change my refreshrate above 60hz, I get blurring. 70hz has almost no blurring, 72hz has a little blurring, 75 hz has noticable blurring and 85hz has significant blurring. According to the specs of my monitor, it should be able to do 85hz at 1280x1024 res...
