    I have all my wires tucked out of view of the window. My case doesn't have enough space to REALLY hide the wires. You can just get invisibility paint too.. :p

    Ok, it doesn't matter what kind of system you run in an ATX case. ATX is just a type of visual layout each component is in. I'm stumped at how it won't work if you just change cases. List specs of everything and show which case you got.

    drilling 120mm blowhole in populated case

    Don't do it, if you must. DUCT TAPE! tape the top very loosely so it hangs down a little, and tape aroud the hole you're trying to cut. Make sure you create an air tight duct tape "upside down unbrella". This way the shavings will be caught by the tape.
