My notification sign-up was on 9/16 12:44:01 PM PT

I don't remember when my sign up was because EVGA'S site was a mess at launch day ..so I'm going to guess it was a day or two after launch day and my email came at 15:01 eastern

Just wanted to post an update...I received my notification email from EVGA to purchase the EVGA RTX 3080 XC3 Ultra Gaming card today.

It affects FarCry 5 on my system. I removed the update and no more stuttering.

Just went for a Samsumg 970 Pro 512GB for $202.48 from Newegg...Was looking to get an Evo but for a $34.50 discount off the Pro why not.

I want the whole nine yards!

My first card was a Voodoo3 2000 PCI card with a Intel Celeron 333a CPU.....Those were the days!

I'm with you on that. I had a 970 and had about the same results. Mine was an open box Asus Strix that I think the last owner overclocked to much. It ran great in Far Cry 4 but started to get empty polygons and other distortions. I might buy a replacement or wait to see what AMD is going to...

Or the people that say will they never buy Nvidia cards again and the next AMD card has some kind of issue,they will be here saying they'll never buy AMD again!

Maybe all this could have been avoided if Nvidia put 6 GB of ram on this card.
