    RAM dead?

    I have speakers on the back panel(lime) but there are no beeps. I think I need a 4 pin speaker for the mobo to get beeps and I don't have that.

    ram: corsair dominator ddr2 1066 mobo: asus p5q pro The thing is, I can't even change the voltage unless I do it first with my old ram and take it out and put the new one in. I can't even access bios. Just a blank screen.

    I tested with manual ram settings on the dimm itself and on auto. Both doesn't work. I'm pretty sure it is compatible with my mobo.

    I recently bought a used ram off of another person here and it seems that it is dead. When I put these new sticks in, the screen is blank, bios doesn't post, fans are spinning and leds are on. So I removed the new ram and removed all overclocks. Then I only put the new rams in it and it still...

    Dust out your PC

    Just curious as to what people do/use to clean their computers. I've been using compressed air but it's getting pretty expensive as it keeps adding up. I tried a hair dryer with a broken heating element but it's too weak. Any suggestion for me?
