Okay I enabled XMP Profile and set it all up correctly by looking at guides on how to set up you ram (not overclocked). Still the same issue, o well thanks for the help everyone! I am RMA'ing my MOBO tomorrow and they are sending a replacement.

Well what could be wrong with the CPU. From what i can see none of the pins are bent and if it is the CPU itself im gonna go yell at the manager at microcenter.
