    QNIX UHD32R

Half of those are nearly a thousand dollars and the rest are crap. The Qnix is the only variable out of that whole list. At any rate, the question was not is this monitor good for me, but what does hardforum think of it. Nor is the question about other monitors. It's simply: what does this...

    QNIX UHD32R

Because newegg doesn't have anything else in 32". Reading a few threads about this they are all claiming this is last years tech and that there's 120hz 4k monitors out there, and I'm sitting here scratching my head. I was also looking at the ViewSonic VP2780-4K, but I have a 24" monitor and...

    QNIX UHD32R

What is Hardocp's opinion of this monitor? Good for gaming? Good for spreadsheets? Good for movies? Browsing the web? I know it sounds counter-intutive, but I almost think 32" might be a little too big for a desk. Although, I've done the dual monitor thing for years and never really...

What's with Nvidia's drivers these days?

I've owned this card for like half a decade. The only thing that might have resulted in damage is the fact the fan never worked. But I watched the temps, and they were always within range, even during furmark. I've put aftermarket coolers on every single other card I've owned, and this is the...

What's with Nvidia's drivers these days?

Well, I'm pretty certain my card bit the dust, and I'm now using integrated graphics. My PC wouldn't boot this morning until I removed the vidya card. I'm pretty sure constant overheating did it? Even though I had tested it with furmark and it didn't seem like it was overheating. I had put...

What's with Nvidia's drivers these days?

I tried using some driver uninstaller I found on guru3d, but the problem remains. I think it's just taking up the same memory space as another application and there's nothing I can do about it.

Guys let's support AMD gpu, and boycott Nvidia, Asus, Gigabyte, MSI

Ok, I've been known to pom pom wave for nvidia and intel, but I really don't understand the point? I always wind up with AMD CPU's because Intel jacks up their price and I just don't trust AMD GPU's because every last one of them overheats and dies on me. My current GPU's fan is busted and...

What's with Nvidia's drivers these days?

Am I the only one who gets lock ups everytime they open the control panel? I've never ever encountered a problem with their drivers until about a year or two ago. I'm not an avid gamer, so I don't obsess much over drivers and you can see from my video card choice that it's not a critical...

    Why is my monitor blinking?

I've used a number of different programs to check the temp. Gigabyte's program, hwmonitor, cpuid, and a few others. But never noticed anything out of range. I actually do have more than one monitor. Maybe I should have mentioned that, but I only notice it on my viewsonic, not my samsung. I...

Crypto and gpu price going back

Don't forget the cost of electricity. A computer running 24/7 at 100% can cost a pretty penny.

Crypto and gpu price going back

I think there's also a difference between you as an individual versus the entire group who's trying to get in on the crypto mining craze. I assume you've been mining for a while, but GPU prices have only gone up recently. Maybe I'm wrong, I'm hardly the last word on these things, this is just...

NVIDIA: 'we are 10x bigger than our GPU competitor'

Market cap is a much better indicator. Nvidia is about 140 billion, while AMD is 12 billion, or so. Literally, >10x. Look at Microsoft vs Apple, both are software behemoths with similar market cap, but far different stock prices.

Crypto and gpu price going back

Well, then how come they are willing to buy video cards at 2x plus the MSRP? I haven't perused crypto boards, but it seems to me gamers are the ones complaining about the price tag.

    Why is my monitor blinking?

I can't tell whether it's my monitor or my video card. I'm guessing it's the monitor, but I just want some opinions. My fan on my video card doesn't seem to work, but I've never had a problem with overheating. I have an arctic cooling contraption installed on it, so it's not the default. I...
