I'm replying! Hope I win it!

Just, please. nVidia, just release what batches/chips/run were affected so we can just get this whole mess over. Being tight lipped about it doesn't exactly help, you know? If it is just a small problem, just show us already! /me has Dell m1530...I'm "suffering" though gaming to see if...

If, like me, you are having trouble with the second 17% off coupon...listen very carefully, as I will save you 2 hours of frustration. Go to www.dell.com/shopmydell For some reason, that code, for me, only worked when I went through that website. Not www.dell.com/epp or /eppbuy or even...

Anyone else out there having issues with their Wii consoles? I got my Wii at launch, and just before it turned one year old, I noticed what is best described as vertical lines of sparkles all over the image during gameplay. I sent the Wii to the mothership in NJ, where they said that they...

*sigh* And I *just* bought a 500gb hard drive (7200.11, even). Had I waited two more weeks... Meh.

re: Those waiting on emails. I applied, waited several hours and got nothing. I applied again and got the email in a few seconds. I have gmail. Moral of the story: hit the button again.

The RIAA isn't wasting its money...it is spending the money we give it when we buy material put out by the RIAA. We are, in effect, funding our own prosecution. Solution? Don't buy music put out by the RIAA. Don't steal it either, so that way you don't have to give them money through...

Mmm-hmm, and tell me what game just sold a bazillion copies recently? Halo, from Bungie Studios, who started out with Marathon. What has been the driving yell of the XBox platform? Not Doom, nor Quake, nor Wolf. Not saying that Wolfenstein and Doom were poor games; they weren't. I used to...

Well, if I remember right, the main reason was that Mac computers came with ATi cards, and historically ATi cards have lagged nVidia cards. However, Apple was the first to roll out with the GeForce 4 line of cards. They needed the graphic powerhouse to power their new huge widescreen displays...

While I'm more of a "PC gaming rulz, lolz" guy, I would like to point out the following... Marathon, perhaps the FPS that started the craze, started out on a Mac. Blizzard used to (don't know now) have both Mac and PC discs. And, lest we all forget, CHAD HAS DIED OF CHOLERA. Yeah, I'm...

The biggest question concerning an iTunes subscription service is, "Can the ipods be made to work with it." It just isn't in the software, the players also have to support subscription models so that when your subscription is up you can't play the song anymore. And if Apple could do a...

*Shrugs* I refrain from using the words, "never" and "impossible" when talking about computer code. You never know. DX10 being Vista only was an artificial limit, not a hardware one.

http://www.prleap.com/pr/77567/ http://halo.bungie.org/news.html?item=18626 Complete rewrite? No. Maybe a wrapper of some sort. You'll lose some of the functionality, but right now the biggest difference made in games with DX10 is a fancier particle system. And the lighting. Love the...

It doesn't matter what we gamers think, what matters is what MTV, Spike and G4 tells us to think!
