    This seems to be a recurring issue with many people. Refer to this thread for a better look at what people are going through. Although, it seems that if your Driver Packaging Version is 8.961-120405a-137813C-ATI then you should have the latest version of drivers.

    Hmm... so my Catalyst version is lower, however, my Driver Packaging Version is higher.... Maybe this does mean I have the newest drivers? If I do, I still think it's silly to not show the proper version.

    Well my parts came, and although the setup had a few bumps... everything seems to be working as intended. Though I do have a problem where my External Hard Drive won't start up with my computer, which I find odd. But other than that, everything is good! Thanks to everyone for their help!
