ok I have a 19 inch wide screen samsung monitor. its native at 1440X900. I play games mostly with this rig and was wondering is there a resolution that will make the enemies on the screen a little bigger with out losing too much detail on the screen?
agree with tsumi. dont chain them have all 4 gpu's be fed from one line. like a manifold. it will allow the coolant to have the benifit of staying in the radiator longer to cool and not have the last gpu's in the chain to get only hot coolant. All 4 gpu's in thery will get the same temp coolant.
well looking into it a little more I think I'll hold off. I will need a bigger power supply to make me feel safe with having the extra draw. the case heat isnt really a concern with my system since the radiator for the cpu cooling is totally outside the case and dosnt use any of the case...
ok I know i'm a total noob. I'm running a i7 920 oc'ed to 4.1 gig with 3 gig of memory. I have a single GTX480 vid card. I have a GTX 260 sitting in a box. Its my old Vid card. Would installing it as a physics card do anything for me? I primarly use this rig for Games and benchmarking when I get...
Can you clone a system hard drive? I want to make an exact copy of my hard drive on my gaming pc so that if I were to have a major HD issue I could just plug in the spare drive and be back up in minutes. Is this possible? If so what programs would I need etc.
i agree with above. it was clearly stated and the byer either didnt read the add or misunderstood. I would do as you did and offer a refund but he pays shipping to you. I have had same issues with flebay in the past where I got bad marks for some one not reading or not willing to ship...
Id go in the middle if your not wanting to go sound card. Look for a board that the onboard sound is on its own card. you get onboard sound with the separation of having the major components off the mobo.
try a newer laser mouse of your choice and clear contact paper. works great with my rat 7 and its cheap. and has the side effect of protecting your desk
I had drifting and sticking problems with my rat. the two things I did that fixed it are I dont run the drivers I just run the win drivers. second I put down clear contact paper on my desk instead of a mouse pad. the texture seens great for the mouse as it is nearly flawless now.
look at your local auto parts store. get a headlight polish kit. they arnt that expensive and you can use it later. They are designed to fix scratched and foggy light lenses.
