Temp update I was really unhappy with my temps, so I removed my HS for lapping. I saw that I had put on too much AS5. I lapped the HS and applied the correct "1/2 rice grain" drop of AS5. I ran Orthos for 2hrs at 3297mhz. Max temp from TAT was 53C. Thats a 12C drop! I upped my speed to 3308...

I think your correct about easy tune using the diode temp. I remember reading that in another thread. I'm going to try lapping my heatsink to see if I can drop my idle temp. Right now at 3279 its running 54C, which is higher than I would like. After 2.5 hours of Orthos the temp held at 63C.
