Still, a 5400RPM drive can't match the speed of a 7200RPM drive, right? According to Dell, who knows how realiable that is though, the 7200RPM drives are 12% faster.
I'm considering at D620, but I am concerned about the screen and the battery. I can get one that is faster than an E1405, with better memory (667mhz instead of 553mhz, faster video card(256MB NVIDIA Quadro NVS 110M TurboCache), and one pound lighter.
What worries me though is the screen...
I'm looking at getting a Dell E1405, but I am worried about the integrated graphics card bogging down Photoshop and DVDs. Does anyone have experience with this? Besides the graphics card I plan on getting 2GB of ram and the Core 2 Duo @ 2.16ghz. Thanks.
I would of used PNG but there were no artifacts in the picture? Atleast I couldn't see them. I can retake the black one, but I would have to do it tomorrow. Blacks are perfect on this monitor though.

1GB of Ram @ 533Mz
17inch TrueLife Screen
60GB HDD @ 7200RPM
NVIDIA GeForce 7800 GO 256MB

This board has been running smooth for so long, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good AMD board.
Anyways, that isn't what this thread is about. I got an iPod the other day and I knew Firewire would be the best option for transfering music between Computer/iPod. So I put the...
