    Understood, but the reality is that the amount of data that I use for my profession is limited ~1GB. Dropbox can handle that for the time being...but the idea of backing up nearly 1TB over my slower DSL connection...scary. ;)

    I've checked all connections, reset cmos, etc. Spoke with Asus tonight after troubleshooting board worked fine for about 15 minutes. Then same problems again. They say it's a bad psu...I've got another at home in my pc just like it...going to swap tomorrow and try again. Thanks for the help.
