    I would like to use my headphones and mic for games, but still use my speakers for music and movies. (Obviously, not at the same time.) Is it possible to have them both hooked up at the same time, or do I have to keep switching back and forth?

    The main reason I went ahead and RMA'd all of it was simple. Why risk it? Even if some/all of the parts would have worked, they still might have gotten a good sized jolt, which, I would say, could shorten their life or reduce their capabilities.     Thanks, I'll see what I can find. I've emailed Newegg about it, so hopefully I can get a replacement. Currently, the only other system I have is the one I'm using now, and its five or six years old with a dinky little power supply in it.
