Go to control panel-administrative tools, computer management, then disk management. Then just assign it a drive letter. It will be accessible then. At least that's how it was for mine.

I ran into the same problem today. All you have to do to get access to the rapter is go into the settings and assign the drive a letter name. You will then have access to your rapter. At least that worked for me today when i put my new pc together.
