    I did two PC-Q18 builds, one for my server and one for my dekstop. In both cases the H90 fit in perfectly but it only fits in one way with the cooling lines facing the left side of the case. By using the SFX form factor PSU I was able to keep a lot more airflow in the case and not restrict the H90 coolant lines at all. I highly suggest installing your motherboard first before installing the H90 as some boards like the higher end Asus models have that card at the top of the board which makes installing the motherboard tricky if the H90 is already installed.
