    Maybe reset your mobo all together,turn off the psu, pull the battery and press the power a couple times to drain the caps and test again

    Doing a bit more reading and BIT-tech gave the msi a higher rating.. I have a MSI hd6950 and its been solid for all this years . No issues but is time to upgrade

    What cards are you comparing??? TechPowerUp has reviewed both card and gave the Asus 9.9 and EVGA 9.6
