Check the fan for numbers (model or otherwise) and Google them - Most CM cases come with fans that can be bought in the aftermarket, and thus performance ratings ought to be out there somewhere.

I'm partial towards the CoolerMaster Silent LED fans. Highly transparent, bright lights, and excellent noise:flow ratio. Not terribly expensive either, at least compared to Antec :P
