    NTLDR is missing before I've installed Win on my new HTPC!

    The problem was my keyboard. It's a USB keyboard, and it was working inside the bios, but when I got to the point where you need to hit a key to boot from the cd, it wasn't receiving any commands. Once I plugged in a ps2 keyboard, it worked fine.
