    Mine does 4.4GHz at 1.29v. I guess it will need 1.35v for 4.5GHz. IMO not worth the extra heat.

    im using a corsair h110. Under stress test temps in the high 80s low 90s. Ive heard a lot of good comments regarding delidding the cpu. I just dont feel comfortable voiding the warranty for nothing.

    My 4770k does 4.4GHz in 1.28Vcore. Just wondering if delidding would do any good. Im not comfortable pushing it above 1.30V. Would the decrease in load temp reduce the needed voltage to maintain that freq? thx

    When you say "I'd use the front fans as intake because of this fact. It'll optimize airflow." You mean using the radiator as intake? Is it ok having hot air blowing into the case?
