    My computer sits under my desk, and I am sad to report I still have a dust issue. change your air filter in your AC/heater and vacuum more often. This helps some.

    I am just seconding what BIWMirage is saying. I worked for a computer repair shop at a college with a population of ~17,000 students. We gave that same piece of advice on a daily basis. Price out the battery/charger and weight this against a new laptop that is in your budget.

    Check your local Mega Mart, which ever of them are closest to you. At one point had hand held games in a similar fashion to what you are looking for. I have not looked at/for them in a long time so I could be wrong.
