Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I'm looking for a 30-40GB, quiet, decent performing hard drive for $15-$20 shipped. I can get any number of new 80GB drives for between $40-$70 new. I may end up just buying a new drive for the piece of mind, but, I just don't want to spend that much for what I'm going to be using it for. So...
I'm not what to make of this. If you want to keep the drive, that's fine...you've got plenty more there. If this is the case, I'll take 35. CD 16x, Toshiba XM-6002B. $1. Email forthcoming.
36. CD 48x Lite-On LTN-485. $1
Is this still available? If so, I'd like it. Also, if you have a spare floppy drive I'd buy that for $1 too :). Send me an email.
You're right, it isn't nice to thread crap. But, I think I have a responsibility to other traders here to let them know what they're getting into. For the record I would have liked to do business with tmarshall, but he failed to contact me.
I was never a "dick" to him. In fact, my 10 emails to him on the topic, and IM discussion with him before I posted this was extremely patient. He said he'd call my home phone number 2 hours ago and never did. If he wants to do business with me he's going to have to try very hard to explain why...
Congratulations, tmarshall, you've succeeded in irritating another person interested in what you were selling. I've bought, sold, or traded dozens of items in the past few years between various message boards and people. Because of tmarshall's extremely slow communication, vague responses, and...
tmarshall, I saw you jump online breifly but by the time you had logged off I was 7 minutes too late. If you could please just answer the questions pending in our email conversation that would be great!
With all the discussion about the HP L2335, what do folks think about the HP L2035, the 20.1" counterpart to the larger 23" display? Can we expect to get the essentially the same high quality, but in a smaller version? Does it use a similar panel (just a smaller size)?
Are there any good...
