    I found my solution. I downloaded latest drivers from Epox for the nForce chipset. It redetected my hardware and they are no longer listed as SCSI. I can burn cds now! That's what I get for assuming the drivers on the cd were current enough. Thanks for all your help.

    If this is true, then why do I have problems burning cds if I had the same setup in another computer and it worked fine? I had the same optical drives in the same master, slave order...?
