    1680x1050= 1.7 million pixels (roughly). 1920x1200= 2.3 million pixels (roughly). 1.7 is to 2.3 as 50 is to 36, according to my math....

    9x400 with that memory would get you at 3600MHZ. For longevity I'd reccomend 8x400@3200MHZ :p . Personally, I'd go with the P5N SLI. Great performer, and I've never had major problems with Asus boards.

    Gigabyte P965 or MSI P6N SLI?

    The 965 chipset does not support SLI. Only NForce chipsets do, and it's the exact opposite for Crossfire. I'd then have to say that obviously the P6N is the better choice. The P5N SLI is a better choice in my opinion however.
