Look at these two builds and go for a bigger fan, thats what I'm planning to do when I'm taking my mobo off the next time. I don't know the results for that fan though...

Are the feet about 10-11mm high? When you're testing temperatures in the case, could you test how much would it affect if the feet would have been 25mm high? If using a bottom rad I mean... Giving more space for it to breathe.

I think these are the same ones that has been used in A4-SFX, still listed only on Ncase M1 accessories. Maybe someone can confirm these are the same?
Hi! That's a sweet build! Have you tested your temps with 92mm fan? And are you really getting better temps with those 120mm fans? I had bad result with the 120mm fan, but I had to install it offset to the cooler on my mobo... It looks like you have it lined in the center of the cooler, so you...
I tested this with Bitspower fan adapter as a shroud. I had bad results with this combo, seems like the fan is still blowing most of the air past the heatsink and it doesn't cool CPU very well... Maybe with some different kind of shroud could give better results in cooling, but I think it's not...
I don't know if it has ever been the best...? There were couple of coolers that were better then the L9i in Dans cooler test in the first post. AIO and LP53 should be the best options so far, but I think everybody is waiting for the DAN HSLP-48.
Atleast I bought the LP53 cooler that I can use in...
I once did that kind of cable, that I think you mean. I hadn't made any cables before. Just find enough info before you start and you can do it yourself. Although you might get better quality if you buy cables from somewhere. But I'm satisfied with the quality that I managed to get with my own...
Yes, that should be fine. I had only 2 bends for my tubing, 1 from the GPU to the rad (in last picture) and 1 from rad to CPU (in first picture), and those bends weren't even really tight. Yes, the air goes towards the system, but it gets out from the top easily since the case is well...
I have those fans pushing the fresh air to the rad. And I used 10mm (3/8") ID, 16mm (5/8") OD tubing, I have been using this size tubing always, so I can't tell if some else is better. Yes, I have a full loop with GPU.
I had before delidded 3570K so now my CPU temps feel too high for me...
With my measurements I couldn't find any top that would have fitted under the gpu, I think they add too much height for the pump. So I went for that and routed that tubing above the gpu. I have that same design Demciflex filter at the bottom too. (And one spare in the desk drawer :) )
And...
Finally have my build of M1 done, got it running last sunday. I changed the PSU fan, but it is still the making the most noise in my case... :( Some pictures of my build, sorry for bad quality, I don't have any good camera:
